Through this model ORBIT provides skilled professionals at clients site for a defined period of 6 months to 1 year. The professionals will be on ORBIT’s payrolls and would be carrying out the assigned tasks as defined by the client. ORBIT ensures that the professionals deputed at client’s location adhere to the standards defined by the client. Organisations that require skilled professionals for a particular assignment opt for this model, enabling them to hire the right professional for the required period of time. We provide contract hires in many capacities according to the needs of our clients.

Contract to Permanent

This entails providing a professional(s) on an agreed amount of time on a contractual basis. Upon the expiry of the contract, the professional is elevated for permanent hiring. This gives a client the ability to scrutinize the employee’s performance without having to hire him/her permanently.

Our initial process is searching candidates in our internal candidate database, leveraging professional networks, utilizing online job boards, advertising vacancies, conducting proactive candidate searches, and potentially using social media platforms or other channels to identify potential candidates.

Resume Screening

Orbit conducts an initial screening of resumes received from various sources. We review candidate profiles and assess their qualifications, experience, and alignment with the job requirements. Candidates who meet the initial screening criteria are shortlisted for further evaluation.

Pre-screening and Interviews

The shortlisted candidates are typically contacted for a pre-screening process, which may involve a phone or video interview. This initial conversation allows us to gather additional information, clarify candidate details, assess communication skills, and evaluate their fit for the position and organization.

Assessment and Skills Testing

Client Presentation

Interviews with the Client

Orbit coordinates and schedules interviews between the shortlisted candidates and the hiring organization. We will provide guidance to both parties on interview best practices and help facilitate the interview process. In short, we act as a liaison, gathering feedback from both the client and the candidates after each interview.

Selection and Offer

Based on the interview feedback and assessment results, the hiring organization identifies the preferred candidate(s) for the job opening. We negotiate the job offer on behalf of the client, including salary, benefits, and other employment terms, ensuring a smooth and satisfactory process for both parties.

Onboarding and Follow-up

Once the candidate accepts the job offer,We will assist with the onboarding process, facilitating necessary paperwork, background checks, and other administrative tasks. We will maintain contact with both the client and the candidate during the onboarding period to address any questions or concerns.
